Singapore Rain from Gergely Laszlo-Zwickl on Vimeo.

Yesterday night with Mr. Goh from the Block and his friends we had Thai food. The the restaurant was next to the Embassy of Thailand on Orchard Road. Massage parlors, beauty salons and nice ladies around as we entered the building. On the first floor I realized that this place is more than a Thai restaurant and these ladies are actually not ladies. Men. One by one. I was a bit freaked out, food was good anyway.

On the way back we passed by the High Commission of Thailand again. The road was full of smily girls! offering their services ervices. 'So what the hack is this in the middle of Singapore?' - I asked Jerry. 'Thailand is a very open country.' - he said. Great image for a nation!

After dinner we check out the Wednesday Night Retro Show at one of the Top 5 club of the world. The Zouk. Three dance halls designed like a Missy Elliot video, amazing sound and light, full Ibiza-flash. Something like Singapore: Cool!
